Ford Unleashes 800-HP Mustang FP800S for Public Purchase

Ford is making a high-performance Mustang available to the public. The FP800S Bronze Magneride Package, previously a concept vehicle, has quietly appeared on Ford’s Custom Garage, blending aggressive power with striking bronze aesthetics.

Performance Details: 800 Horsepower Unleashed

The FP800S isn’t just about looks: it’s about serious performance. The package starts with a standard 5.0-liter Coyote V8, then adds a Whipple 3.0-liter supercharger to boost output to approximately 800 horsepower (596 kW).

Crucially, this is a factory-built upgrade, meaning buyers won’t sacrifice their vehicle’s warranty. Supporting upgrades include heavy-duty half-shafts, an air/oil separator, and a lowering kit designed to handle the increased power.

Aesthetic Enhancements: Bronze Accents Throughout

The FP800S stands out with bronze accents running the length of the vehicle. This includes 19-inch R1 wheels, bronze lug nuts, exterior graphics, and even bronze grille inserts. Carbon fiber elements on the mirror caps and hood vent add further visual aggression.

Other exterior modifications include a front splitter, Dark Horse rear spoiler, and wheel spats. The interior receives a subtle upgrade with a unique FP800S badge on the dash and Recaro seats featuring Ford Performance logos.

Pricing and Availability

Pricing remains unconfirmed. Ford currently offers a Sinister Bronze package for the Bronco at $5,200, but the FP800S is expected to cost significantly more given the inclusion of a supercharger. Analysts estimate a price tag of at least $10,400, though Ford has yet to confirm this.

“This is a factory-built effort designed to allow buyers to stand out while maintaining full warranty coverage.”

The FP800S offers a unique combination of power and style, providing a distinctive alternative for Mustang enthusiasts.

The FP800S is a clear signal of Ford’s commitment to performance and customization, suggesting that high-horsepower options will continue to expand within their lineup.
